Associate HR Operations Manager leading People & Culture operations in outsourcing. Overseeing employee relations and driving performance with a small team in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day P&C operations and provide support to employees, line managers, and clients on P&C-related matters.
Handle employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and termination execution, ensuring due process and compliance.
Oversee daily compensation and benefits administration, including payroll management and resolution of escalated employee C&B concerns.
Ensure consistent implementation of P&C policies and procedures and compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare P&C operational reports and provide data to support management and client decision-making.
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated P&C issues raised by employees and line managers.
Oversee the performance management of P&C team members, providing regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to drive accountability, capability development, and overall team effectiveness.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Communications, or related disciplines.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence across various levels of the business.
Demonstrated ability to contribute, influence, and make decisions within multi-functional teams.
Practical operational experience in an Outsourcing environment.
6+ years’ experience in a similar human resources or organisational development role.
3–5 years of experience in Employee and Labour Relations.
Proven ability to work in a small team of experienced professionals.
Knowledge of current trends in Outsourcing business operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to develop HR policies, systems, and processes.
Strong facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Focus on identifying and transferring HR best practices.
