Responsibilities
Run structured first-round candidate screens (10–15 min)
Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across teams
Keep our ATS (Lever) accurate and up to date
Ensure candidates are consistently followed up with
Flag strong candidates early and clearly
Maintain clear visibility into pipeline status (who’s where, what’s next)
Requirements
Extremely detail-oriented (nothing slips)
Strong written and verbal English
Comfortable with high volume and repetition
Able to follow structure without skipping steps
Responsive and reliable
Previous recruiting, coordination, or operations experience (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with ATS tools (Lever, Greenhouse, etc.) (Nice to Have)
