Responsibilities
Own the entire hiring process for technical roles, from initial kick-off with hiring managers to offer negotiation and closing.
Actively hunt for top-tier, passive talent for difficult-to-fill engineering and product roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outbound strategies.
Build and drive the adoption of standardized, scalable hiring workflows that ensure we remain efficient as we scale. __Must__ be proficient with AI.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing diligent follow-through and building genuine long-term relationships.
Utilize a data-driven approach to provide leadership with insights on market trends, pipeline health, and long-term talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
A proven track record of finding and engaging passive candidates who aren't necessarily looking for a new role.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguity and "establish something from nothing" without constant direction.
Ability to speak the language of engineers and product managers to effectively screen for both skill and culture fit.
Impeccable written and verbal skills; you can pitch the Bree vision to a skeptical candidate or a Board member with equal confidence.
Strong experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
