Responsibilities
Ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process for several of our subsidiaries, with a focus on complex civil engineering positions.
Conduct interviews and closely support decision-makers in our engineering offices.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and proactively build relationships with internal stakeholders.
Active sourcing for demanding engineering roles, monitoring and optimizing associated KPIs, systematic talent-pool development, and continuous market monitoring.
Support the Head of Talent Acquisition, particularly in stakeholder management and process optimization.
Requirements
Completed degree, vocational training, or a comparable qualification relevant to recruiting.
Several years of experience in in-house recruiting for highly demanding positions (experience in civil engineering is a plus).
Deep understanding of active sourcing, related metrics and KPIs, and talent-pool development in a competitive market.
Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management in German (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.
Structured, results-oriented working style, high sense of ownership and reliability, team player with strong organizational skills.
IT affinity and experience with MS 365 and common ATS systems (Softgarden experience is a plus).
