Together with your hiring managers you develop strategies to attract the right colleagues – targeted, solution-oriented and always with a genuine enjoyment of working with people
You identify suitable candidates, conduct interviews confidently and guide them professionally through the entire selection process
You collaborate with our central employer-branding/HR marketing colleagues on practical ideas and their implementation on site
Requirements
You quickly establish conversations with people across hierarchies and occupational groups and stand out through genuine interest rather than buzzwords
Whether you have completed vocational training, a degree, or are a career changer with professional experience in healthcare: what matters most is that you bring enthusiasm for operational recruiting and a desire to develop further in this field
