- With your enthusiasm for recruiting you expertly manage the entire end-to-end process – from posting job adverts to successful placement, including contract preparation – ensuring candidates feel welcome from the first contact
- Together with your hiring managers you develop strategies to attract the right colleagues – targeted, solution-oriented and always with a genuine enjoyment of working with people
- You identify suitable candidates, conduct interviews confidently and guide them professionally through the entire selection process
- You collaborate with our central employer-branding/HR marketing colleagues on practical ideas and their implementation on site
