About the role

Responsibilities
- This position supports TD SYNNEX LAC in proactively sourcing, identifying and attracting the talent needed to meet business demands.
- Works closely with internal and external clients, strengthening the employer brand, promoting diversity and ensuring compliance with local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform pre-screening of candidates according to the job requirements
- Conduct initial phone interviews
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Enter and maintain up-to-date information in the iCIMS system
- Lead the organization and scheduling of candidate interviews
- Coordinate reference and background checks with approved vendors
- Manage internal movement processes, ensuring alignment with company policies
- Perform additional activities as required by the area
- Adhere to established attendance and punctuality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
