Requirements
A senior recruiter with 7-8 years of experience hiring for go-to-market, revenue, or customer-facing roles in tech or SaaS
Deeply familiar with modern GTM motions and metrics- from quota-carrying roles and pipeline health to renewals, expansion, and churn
Confident hiring for complex, technical GTM roles
Known for strong hiring judgment and the ability to assess GTM talent in a real business and revenue context
A credible GTM storyteller, able to represent roles, teams, and growth narratives clearly to senior candidates
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments with minimal process and high expectations.
