Responsibilities
Participate, as a subject matter expert and leader, in the development of a local strategy to ensure our campus recruitment results meet the needs of our patients and workforce
Actively manage a requisition load and hire candidates into positions, including monthly and annual targets for hiring
Partner with local executives in these efforts as well as provide reporting and analysis to this audience of our results, what we are doing well, and where opportunities for improvement exist
Working closely with nursing leadership, you will develop deep relationships with partner nursing schools. This includes class visits, posting management, career fairs, hospital-based events and other avenues to ensure current and recent students understand how we can add value to their early careers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 3 years of recruitment experience
Experience in campus recruitment, specifically for nursing, is highly preferred
