About the role

  • Recruitment Sourcer focusing on identifying and engaging top talent globally for Aspora. Partner closely with recruiters to build strong talent pipelines across various roles.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for multiple open roles (10+ at a time)
  • Conduct detailed market mapping and talent research to identify target companies and candidate pools
  • Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
  • Partner with recruiters by providing pre-qualified candidate shortlists
  • Deliver global sourcing coverage across UK, UAE, US, and India markets
  • Track and manage sourcing activity and pipelines within the ATS (Ashby)
  • Share insights on talent availability, competitor hiring, and market trends

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sourcing / talent research (not full-cycle recruiting)
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
  • Proven ability to manage 10+ roles simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience in market mapping and talent intelligence
  • Experience sourcing across UK, UAE, US, and India
  • Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
