Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process with a focus on technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Product, Data, IT)
Close, trust-based and strategic collaboration with hiring managers as an equal partner
Actively shape and further develop the recruiting function as the second recruiter in the team
Contribute to strategic recruiting topics and projects (e.g., processes, tools, talent pipelines, hiring strategies)
Build sustainable structures to support future growth in the tech area
Support employer-branding activities and related projects as capacity allows
Requirements
Several years of in-house recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles, ideally in a software or SaaS environment
Strong interest in and genuine passion for people and talent topics
Team-oriented, collaborative working style with excellent communication and advisory skills
Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent written and spoken German and English
