- Begeleiden van kandidaten doorheen het volledige recruitmentproces
- Optimaliseren van recruitmentstrategieën per markt (België vs Nederland)
- Meedenken over employer branding en candidate experience.
Requirements
- Min. 5 jaar ervaring in recruitment, bij voorkeur met focus op salesprofielen
- Sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden
- Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en weet mensen te overtuigen
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans is een plus
- Je hebt feeling met sales en begrijpt wat een sterke verkoper onderscheidt van de rest.
