Responsibilities
Actief sourcen en aantrekken van salesprofielen (Account Managers, Field Sales Managers, ..)
Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk binnen de sales community in BE en NL
Intakegesprekken voeren en kandidaten screenen op skills, mindset en cultural fit
Nauwe samenwerking met hiring managers om de juiste profielen scherp te krijgen
Begeleiden van kandidaten doorheen het volledige recruitmentproces
Optimaliseren van recruitmentstrategieën per markt (België vs Nederland)
Meedenken over employer branding en candidate experience.
Requirements
Min. 5 jaar ervaring in recruitment, bij voorkeur met focus op salesprofielen
Sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden
Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en weet mensen te overtuigen
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans is een plus
Je hebt feeling met sales en begrijpt wat een sterke verkoper onderscheidt van de rest.
