Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management: Working closely with Directors and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and team growth plans
Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and engaging high-potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
Process Management: Managing interview processes end-to-end, including scheduling, preparation, and candidate experience
Candidate Engagement: Acting as the main point of contact throughout the process, ensuring a high-quality experience
Feedback & Offers: Delivering structured feedback and managing offer processes
Requirements
Experience within a recruitment environment, either in agency or internal recruitment within a similar setting
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders and candidates
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple processes at once
Motivated by working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Interested in developing a longer-term career within internal recruitment
