Account Executive developing new business in the process industry for TrendMiner's self-service analytics. A role focused on B2B sales and engaging C-Level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop and close new business opportunities in the process industry and industrial sectors.
Conduct consultative sales conversations with C-level executives, plant managers and operational stakeholders.
Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and negotiations to successful contract closing.
Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
Maintain and update the pipeline in the CRM system and produce reliable sales forecasts.
Represent TrendMiner at industry events, trade shows and webinars.
Continuously collect market and customer feedback to refine the go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, industrial technologies or data analytics solutions.
Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and experience in consultative selling.
Interest in or affinity for our focus industries: process industry, food & beverage, and chemicals.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Independent, results-oriented working style and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic scale-up environment.
Excellent written and spoken English required; German and/or French are a plus.
