Responsibilities
Independently and service-oriented response to customer inquiries by e-mail and letters
Operate all functions of customer-specific IT systems
Update master data, coverage limits, and scope of insurance coverage
Maintain master data using the "Missing Information Process"
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
Knowledge of insurance (desirable)
Experience in data entry
Strong communication skills and excellent German language skills, spoken and written
Strong computer skills
Strong customer and service orientation and a high willingness to learn
Experience as a customer advisor or office clerk is desirable, but career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome
