Requirements
1-2 years of previous commission based sales experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent

Internal drive to not only achieve but exceed sales goals
Ability to overcome objections
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to work in a goal and performance based environment
Must possess a valid Florida Real Estate License
