Responsibilities
- Determine customer needs, developing and estimating project solutions for HVAC, Controls, Mechanical, & Electrical
- Meet or exceed sales objectives and develop multi-layer customer relationships

- Work with team members to generate additional work and maintain profit margins
- Present and suggest solutions based on service offerings
- Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that supports sales plans
Requirements
- Must have ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
- Proven track record of repeatedly exceeding established sales goals of over $5MM annually
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be organized and self-motivated with the ability to source leads, make cold calls, follow up calls and visit potential clients

- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
