Responsibilities
You advise sellers on selling their cars through our "Sell My Car" platform and connect them with partner dealers to ensure a seamless customer experience for both parties
You communicate across various channels such as phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure an efficient sales process and thereby increase satisfaction for sellers and dealers
Without your involvement many sales would literally fall through; you are the link between sellers and dealers and continuously drive high conversion rates
Requirements
Strong communication skills and a confident presence — comfortable with different target groups
Experience in sales, ideally from automotive retail / car dealerships or comparable roles, plus empathy and interpersonal sensitivity
Passion for the automotive industry: you stay well informed about trends and developments and know what’s happening in the market
Analytical thinking: the ability to use data to identify opportunities and risks
Hands-on mentality, high self-motivation and resilience in a dynamic scale-up environment
