Responsibilities

You handle inbound leads, nurture contacts, and successfully close them.
You create persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts, and follow up until closing.
You work closely with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to optimally meet customer needs and continuously improve our processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics.
Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as a freight forwarding clerk (Speditionskaufmann/-frau).
Proven initial success in B2B sales or account management, ideally with software or logistics experience.
You impress customers with your confident presence and negotiation skills.
Independent, organized, and with a genuine hands-on mentality.
A true team player who always keeps customer needs in focus.
Excellent German and English skills.
