Responsibilities
Assist with the identification of current critical leadership positions

Requirements
8+ years recruiting experience, preferably in an enterprise corporate recruiting and sourcing senior leadership roles and/or Executive search firm
Experience executing senior level search assignments within APAC territories
Proven success creating comprehensive recruitment and sourcing plans
Proven track record managing executive relationships
Expertise in negotiation, advising, influencing, and full talent search management
Strong storytelling, facilitation, and influencing skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
