As an Account Executive at Veriforce CHAS, manage client relationships and ensure compliance. Directly contribute to client satisfaction and long-term retention in supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of Veriforce CHAS clients.
Act as a primary point of contact, understanding stakeholder needs and supporting them throughout the customer lifecycle.
Conduct compliance review meetings and ensure all requirements are consistently met across your accounts.
Identify and convert opportunities for account growth through proactive engagement and customer care calls.
Keep CRM systems (Salesforce) up to date with opportunities, contacts, and account notes while providing regular updates and insights to the wider team.
Requirements
Experience working in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role.
Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong, positive client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple workloads effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
Competence in using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
**Desirable experience**knowledge of supply chain compliance, construction, governance, risk, or public-sector environments will help you stand out but is not essential.****
