About the role

  • Corporate Sales Executive/Account Manager driving global B2B revenue growth at Groworx. Prospecting and managing enterprise accounts for healthcare talent services in Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and prospect new enterprise accounts – hospitals, aged care groups, and disability service providers primarily in Australia, with scope for global expansion
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns using multi-channel strategies: email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and strategic networking
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases tailored to each prospect’s workforce challenges
  • Manage and grow existing large enterprise accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights on program performance, talent pipeline, and expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience selling services to global accounts/companies, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, and account management – you know how to hunt and how to farm
  • Background selling to hospitals, healthcare providers, aged care, disability services, or staffing/recruitment industries is a strong advantage
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles, strategic selling, and engaging C-suite or senior decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred) and sales automation tools
