Recruiter overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment campaigns for a global lifestyle management leader. Collaboration with Hiring Managers to create effective job adverts and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process and developing strategies to attract, source and hire top talent
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand the company’s needs, create job adverts and develop effective recruitment campaigns
Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, cost-effective and aligned with the Ten’s goals, values and standards
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process
Develop and update internal job descriptions and job specifications for all new roles
Create external job adverts that give a clear overview of both the company and the role
Proactively source candidates from various channels, maximising the use of online recruitment platforms
Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to support the talent acquisition process
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including the pre-employment screening and offer process
Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, best practices and new technologies in talent acquisition
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer stage
Strong experience with candidate sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a temporary/project-based role
Advanced or fluent English
