About the role

• CIAM Risk and Controls Manager responsible for risk governance and compliance initiatives. Ensuring security and regulatory alignment in customer identity management for TD.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor to TD technology asset owners and lines of business regarding CIAM standards, risk governance, and control design
• Provide support to CIAM Control Standards lifecycle
• Develop, maintain, and enhance CIAM process controls to monitor adherence to CIAM Control Standards
• Investigate and understand cross-segment customer interaction and transaction process flows
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding risks related to customer identity and authentication
• Support regulatory and internal audit remediation efforts

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Risk Management, or Cybersecurity
• Undergraduate degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, or related discipline is an asset
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Cybersecurity) preferred
• Proven experience in risk assessments, control design, and regulatory remediation
• Familiarity with CIAM tools and GRC platforms
• Professional Certifications like CIAM, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CIPM, or ITIL Foundation preferred
