Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management or leadership experience
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience implementing and scaling enterprise lending platforms such as nCino, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, or comparable banking and lending technologies
- Proven success delivering business banking technology solutions within large, matrixed organizations
- Senior-level experience leading Agile product delivery at scale
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional product organizations
- Expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level
