Responsibilities
Responsible for structuring new customer journeys and evolving receivables financing and working capital products, ensuring continuous improvement of the customer experience;
Co-responsible, together with the Tech Lead, for the technical specification of prioritized initiatives on the B2B credit product roadmap, as well as for managing the development pipeline;
Co-responsible for managing partnerships and negotiating with partners required to enable B2B credit products, involving Legal and Operations when necessary;
Support the structuring of operations related to B2B credit products while the area is being established;
Work closely with engineering, design, Customer Success (CS) and operations to ensure efficient delivery of B2B credit product initiatives;
Monitor product metrics and customer feedback to prioritize and continuously evolve the product;
Co-responsible, together with leadership, for the ideation and development of new financial products for Kamino customers.
Requirements
6–10 years of professional experience, with relevant background in consultancies, banks or ERPs;
Experience working with financial products, especially focused on the B2B credit market;
Experience structuring products via FIDC (Receivables Investment Funds) and other securitization instruments;
Strong knowledge of financial instruments and regulatory frameworks (Brazilian Central Bank and CVM — Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission);
Ability to structure and manage pricing, fees and the economic viability of financial products;
Organized, with strong prioritization skills and autonomy;
Comfortable in high-demand environments with multiple concurrent priorities and challenging targets;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Advanced English.
