About the role

  • Product Manager at Latham & Watkins developing enterprise technology products and collaborating with business stakeholders. Leading technology product strategies and maintaining performance metrics in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Defining, documenting, and communicating multi ‑ year product vision and strategy across multiple products, and translating strategic intent into clear, actionable product direction for delivery teams
  • Partnering with senior business stakeholders and Technology & Information Services leadership to evaluate product investments, guide prioritization decisions, and align business strategy with technology delivery
  • Developing and maintaining portfolio ‑ level roadmaps that articulate product sequencing, dependencies, and long ‑ term direction, and communicating releases and milestones to stakeholders
  • Engaging directly in product definition and solution shaping to resolve ambiguity, mitigate risk, unblock delivery, or accelerate value realization for critical initiatives
  • Overseeing product health, performance, and value realization across the product portfolio using metrics, outcomes, and feedback to inform ongoing strategy
  • Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Requirements

  • Possess expert knowledge of product management practices and the Agile software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrate the ability to define and articulate enterprise ‑ level product vision and strategy across multiple products
  • Exhibit advanced ability to translate business strategy into clear, actionable product direction
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, engineering, management, or a related field, preferably
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a product manager for Agile software development teams or related areas
  • Technical certifications in relevant areas, such as Agile Certification, Scrum Master, or SAFe, preferably
