Responsibilities

• You develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives, and define the product roadmap to prioritize features and user stories.
• You gather, analyze and document requirements from internal sources and maintain the product backlog to ensure a clear and well-defined set of user stories.
• You work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of product requirements, and organize and facilitate all relevant agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives).
• You take ownership of the entire development process from specification through market launch and beyond, using your technical knowledge of vehicle systems to describe effective solutions and guide implementations.
• You communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to incorporate their needs and feedback into product development, and present progress and outcomes in regular meetings and reports.
• You ensure product quality through close collaboration with the support team and by implementing continuous improvement processes to steadily increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics (Information Systems), Industrial Engineering, Digital Business Management, Computer Science or a comparable field
• Strong affinity for technology and a keen interest in digital trends and innovations
• Clear communication skills and a structured, independent working style
• Proficient with common Microsoft Office applications
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
