About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain, structure and optimize our product range in the online shop
- Prepare and digitally upload product data in Shopify, Odoo (ERP) and other systems
- Ensure data quality, completeness and a clear product structure
- Create and optimize product texts with an SEO focus
- Write blog posts and other content about sustainable promotional products
- Edit and optimize product images
- Support the presentation of new products on the website and social media
- Communicate and coordinate with existing suppliers
- Research and evaluate new sustainable manufacturers
- Contribute to SEO initiatives and performance optimization of our online shop
Requirements
- Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in a digital environment, e-commerce or product management
- You work in a structured way and keep an overview even when handling large data sets
- You have a good understanding of data quality and proper system maintenance
- You enjoy writing professional, audience-oriented texts (e.g. product descriptions or editorial content)
- You can quickly familiarize yourself with new products, processes and systems
- You think proactively, question existing workflows and contribute your own ideas
- You work independently, responsibly and solution-oriented
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
