About the role
- Senior Product Manager at Street Group driving product strategy and AI integration for innovative PropTech solutions. Leadership role with high autonomy and significant impact from day one.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the website, property report, and wider digital products.
- Support other teams in alignment for ~12 months while leading your own product areas.
- Shape and deliver our AI-driven strategy, including AI workflows and further PropTech AI integration.
- Lead discovery directly with customers, turning insights into actionable priorities.
- Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and leadership to gain buy-in and drive execution.
- Act as a role model for independent decision-making, coaching others and contributing to best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy, with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence across departments and levels.
- Comfort with autonomous working — you don’t need hand-holding or step-by-step direction.
- Confidence in using and integrating AI tools into your day-to-day product management (Claude Code and similar).
- A clear, articulate communicator who can explain what you’ve built, why you built it, and the results it achieved.
- Passion for product, motivation to improve processes, and curiosity to keep learning.
