Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy.
  • Lead and develop the sales team, establishing goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure predictability and continuous improvement of commercial results.
  • Develop the market and expand the customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities and structure consultative approaches.
  • Conduct strategic negotiations with a focus on high-value contracts.
  • Report results directly to the executive board.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
  • Experience in commercial management, particularly in B2B sales and in the technology, data, AI or consulting sectors.
  • Proficiency in consultative sales processes, pipeline management and CRM tools.
  • Experience defining commercial strategies, forecasting and monitoring indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience conducting complex negotiations and managing relationships with C-level executives.
  • Leadership and communication skills, and strong negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical, organized profile with a sense of urgency.
