Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing
Report results and align activity plans with leadership
Actively prospect new clients — map companies according to the company’s defined strategy
Execute commercial activities and record them in the provided tools, maintaining weekly updates
Encourage and conduct in-person visits or online meetings for presentations, documenting meeting minutes
Gather all necessary information for corporate insurance quotations, understand client needs, and report to the technical underwriting team
Present quotes and conduct commercial negotiations
Serve as the company’s primary point of contact for clients/prospects, ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining ongoing relationships, and updating internal management tools
Update and manage records and information in the company’s systems
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word; intermediate Excel)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
