Drive a planned route across Chicago's north side and nearby suburbs
Build relationships with property managers and facility managers
Run a proven sales script with coaching
Follow up with contacts
Log visits and follow-ups in software
Attend weekly team meetings
Requirements
1–3 years of outside sales, route sales, or field sales experience
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle
Must be based in or near Chicago
Comfortable with CRM or route-tracking software (training provided)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
