About the role

  • Regional Manager in early childhood education coaching teachers and leaders for quality improvements. Leading measurable outcomes across learning centers in Augusta, GA to TN with high travel.

Responsibilities

  • You are in classrooms daily observing, coaching, modeling, and giving direct feedback
  • You hold coaches and center leaders accountable to instructional and quality standards
  • You move quickly between centers, priorities, and people—without losing focus or follow-through
  • You lead conversations that challenge thinking, shift practice, and improve outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master’s strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years of early childhood classroom experience
  • Proven experience coaching adults, leading training, or supporting multiple sites
  • Strong knowledge of DAP, ERS, curriculum implementation, and licensing standards
  • Demonstrated ability to influence practice and improve outcomes across teams
