About the role

Responsibilities

• You independently define the test strategy within the agile process model and document a standardized approach to testing, including the definition of test levels (e.g., unit, integration, system and acceptance tests).
• By creating guidelines and standards for the planning, execution and documentation of tests you establish the requirements for test execution. You support teams with training and coaching.
• You ensure compliance with testing requirements and quality standards through regular reviews and audits.
• You work closely with stakeholders from development, project management and the customer environment to understand their needs.
• You capture user requirements and involve other Atruvia tribes to jointly design solutions for our customers and to ensure smooth integration of testing processes.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in (business) computer science and have many years of relevant professional experience in modern software development, ideally in testing environments, or possess a comparable qualification.
• In addition, you have solid knowledge of test methods, test levels and test management processes (e.g., ISTQB certification).
• You have experience developing test strategies and concepts as well as working with agile methods and DevOps processes.
• Knowledge of test automation and common tools is an advantage.
• You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
• You are highly team-oriented and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
