Responsibilities
The SDR team works closely with Commercial Intelligence, which generates and sends qualified leads to the SDR analysts.
The SDR team’s focus is to qualify these leads, schedule meetings for the sales team, and ensure the smooth flow of the commercial process.
Qualify leads generated by Commercial Intelligence;
Engage and schedule meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives;
Keep the sales pipeline updated and record all interactions.
Requirements
Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) or other CRMs to manage and update the sales pipeline;
Lead Qualification Techniques: Ability to qualify leads efficiently;
Written and Verbal Communication: Ability to write clear and persuasive prospecting emails and messages, as well as communicate effectively by phone;
Market Research and Prospecting: Ability to find and identify relevant leads using tools such as LinkedIn, Google, and others;
Sales Pipeline Management: Ability to organize and prioritize leads in the sales pipeline effectively;
Knowledge of Video Conferencing Tools: Familiarity with platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams for scheduling and conducting meetings with prospects;
Ability to Work with Targets and KPIs: Experience meeting sales targets and performance metrics related to lead generation and meeting scheduling;
Customer Service Excellence: Ability to engage leads and deliver high-quality service, creating a positive experience from the first contact.
