Responsibilities
Atender o(a) cliente.
Identificar oportunidades e necessidades de soluções para o negócio do(a) cliente, gerando valor.
Analisar diariamente os indicadores de performance da sua carteira.
Contatar clientes de forma ativa para realizar upsell, oferecendo novas soluções.
Ter uma rotina organizada e estratégica para atingir os resultados.
Comunicação com o time de Produto, Risco e Atendimento para a solução de problemas, venda e implementação de novas soluções.
Requirements
