About the role

  • Account Executive for SMB segment closing deals in French-speaking territories for CloudTalk's AI communications platform. Working with inbound leads and cross-functional teams to drive sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Leading discovery and demo calls with inbound prospects qualified by SDRs (100% inbound).
  • Articulating CloudTalk’s value proposition and delivering compelling demos.
  • Closing deals for SMBs (and some MM) with a focus on French-speaking territories but also rest of Europe
  • Collaborating with SDRs, CSMs, RevOps, and Sales Engineers to create seamless and fun sales processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record as an AE
  • Experience in a high-velocity sales environment, focusing on volume and speed.
  • Experience with AI, voice tech, or contact center solutions is a plus
  • Solid discovery and consultative selling skills — you're not just pitching, you're solving
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias toward action and results
  • Languages: Business fluency in English and Spanish
