Responsibilities
Manage and oversee labor litigation (contested cases);
Handle union relations and negotiations;
Liaise with external law firms;
Consolidate and report labor contingencies and provisions;
Represent the company at hearings when required;
Advise managers and employees on labor legislation;
Support audits and inspections by public authorities;
Conduct investigations of complaints (ombudsperson/complaint investigations), maintaining an ethical and impartial stance;
Implement preventive measures to reduce labor-related liabilities;
Prepare reports and executive presentations;
Analyze area-specific data and administrative controls.
Requirements
Degree in Law with active bar registration (OAB);
Minimum of 5 years' experience in labor litigation and union/collective bargaining negotiations;
Experience in a corporate environment (HR or in-house legal);
Advanced Excel (mandatory – will be assessed during a technical stage);
Experience with reporting, controls, and process management;
Strong communication skills and confidence in presentations and public speaking;
Analytical and impartial profile.
