HR Manager responsible for building a professional HR framework in a growing B2B SaaS company. Collaborating with management to enhance culture and staff development in Berlin.
Responsibilities
Build and further develop our HR structures such as processes, policies, L&D, and HR tools
Operational HR management such as recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, contracts, and HR administration
Trusted sparring partner for managers and employees on all HR-related matters
Support on topics such as culture, employee development, feedback processes, and performance management
Help shape employee retention and engagement initiatives
Collaborate with our external payroll partner and take responsibility for accurate master data maintenance
Contribute to integrating our offshore team into HR processes
Support HR projects and initiatives to further develop the company
Requirements
Several years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally in small companies, startups, or scale-ups
Experience with different HR structures and ways of working across companies
Enjoy building structures, improving processes, and independently driving HR topics
Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR administration
Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding employees
Confident use of HR tools and willingness to implement new systems
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and good interpersonal judgment
Team player with initiative and motivation to actively contribute in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
