Responsibilities
Lead complex, cross-market quantitative research projects from start to finish
Serve as the methodological authority for team members and clients
Mentor and develop junior team members, transferring practical knowledge
Contribute to business development by preparing compelling proposals
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Anticipate and prevent issues before they arise
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in quantitative market research
Proven track record of independently managing complex, bespoke research projects
Agency or research institute experience highly preferred
Experience working with demanding clients who expect methodological sophistication
Strong expertise in delivering full-service market research projects
Solid experience with conjoint analysis
Practical knowledge of segmentation, brand tracking, U&A studies, and pricing research
Proficient handling of survey data using tools such as SPSS, Q, Python, or R
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Strong Excel skills
