Requirements
- Proven 20+ years of experience (minimum 12 months as Director/Senior Director or equivalent) leading large-scale, complex product teams.
- Strong technical expertise in software development, architecture, and modern tech stacks, including AI and automation tools.
- Deep Technical Expertise & Modern Tech Stacks: Passionate about leveraging GenAI to unlock efficiencies, enable smarter decisions and reimagine how technology serves people.
- Proficient in defining technology / products roadmaps, conducting architecture & technical evaluations of projects
- Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives, fostering innovation, and managing change.
- Formal qualification in Scaled Agile Delivery desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, and talent development skills.
- Experience in performance monitoring, budget management, and process optimization.
- Passion for mentoring, fostering a positive culture, and driving continuous improvement.
