Responsibilities
Leading and coaching a team of sales agents
Setting clear expectations for performance and conduct, and measuring against this, in order to meet or exceed budget expectations
Assess the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team, and prepare regular sales forecasts for management
Review the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member and interpret it, offering guidance on how to improve
Build, report on and communicate key metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the region
Requirements
Experience managing an inside sales team, with strong leadership skills
Extensive revenue management experience
Fluency in English (C2)
Able to build, lead and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results
Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model
Proven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and the ability to run reports within it
