- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and freight quotations
- Perform cost, pricing and margin analyses
- Communicate with international agents, suppliers and logistics partners
- Develop and update quotations for different transportation modes and routes
- Track sales opportunities, submitted proposals and client responses
- Contribute to market studies, route analysis and competitiveness assessments
- Support commercial negotiations and BID processes
- Ensure information is up to date and consistent in systems and CRM
- Monitor import and export processes when necessary
- Assist in monitoring commercial KPIs and improving results
- Contribute to the standardization of processes, controls and best practices in the area
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics or related fields
- Postgraduate degree in commercial areas or pricing is desirable
