Responsibilities
Identify and diagnose the needs of companies seeking educational solutions for their teams
Conduct consultative sales meetings with HR, leadership, and technical areas
Strategically present CS Academy’s solution differentiators aligned with the client’s business
Prepare customized commercial proposals and manage the process through contract closing
Build relationships with the lead base through structured follow-ups and medium- to long-term engagement
Support outbound strategies and the generation of new opportunities
Record information in the CRM, keeping data up to date and contributing to sales forecasts
Work in partnership with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure the best customer experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, especially with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Ability to negotiate with decision-makers (C-level, HR, technical leaders)
Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on active listening and strategic approach
Analytical profile, target-oriented, with strong pipeline management skills
Familiarity with the education, technology, or corporate services market is a plus
Proactive, commercially mature, and collaborative attitude.
