About the role

  • Head of Inside Sales leading EMEA sales development team at nCino to drive revenue growth. Overseeing strategy development, performance monitoring, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the Sales Development Team
  • Drive revenue through remote sales channels
  • Identify and attract top candidates for the team
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive playbook for new hires
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance
  • Align sales development strategies with company goals
  • Establish territories and define measurable targets
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics for improvement
  • Prepare regular reports for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ professional related experience/ proficiency, 2+ management; or 6 + years and a Master’s / Advanced degree, 1+ year management; or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Inside sales experience in financial services, SaaS or B2B technology
  • Understanding of the sales funnel / process and sales metrics
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience with sales enablement technologies like 6Sense, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Adaptability and change management skills
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Experience in creating and developing sales messaging and scripting
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
