Responsibilities
Be the trusted advisor who helps customers find the right vehicle
Guide them through the entire buying journey
Identify and pursue sales opportunities through walk-ins and leads
Introduce customers to our dealership and offerings
Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
Understand customer needs through effective KYC conversations
Recommend suitable vehicles and assist in selection and confirmation
Negotiate and close sales professionally
Coordinate smooth delivery of purchased vehicles
Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships
Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards
Consistently strive to exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail car sales
Class 3 Driving License is required
Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about cars
Proficient in sales techniques and customer engagement
