Responsibilities
CRM Optimization and Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain robust HubSpot dashboards that provide clear, real-time visibility into sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.
Light Email Automation: Implement and manage light email automation sequences within HubSpot to support sales outreach and nurturing efforts, ensuring effective communication with prospects and clients.
Sales Pipeline and Activity Visibility: Establish a clear, actionable sales pipeline within HubSpot and create visibility into sales representative activity and sales progression.
Target List Development & Management: Develop and manage a Top 50, Top 30, and Top 10 target list of high-potential flight departments.
Decision-Maker Identification & Roadmapping: Identify and roadmap key decision-makers into the CRM system.
Sales Workflow Optimization: Design and implement intuitive and efficient sales workflows within HubSpot.
Strategic Thinking and System Building: Act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership.
Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on HubSpot best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM Administrator or Specialist
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize CRM workflows for sales teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create insightful dashboards and reports
Experience in working with sales teams and understanding their operational needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Experience in the aviation or luxury sales industry is a plus, but not required.
