Responsibilities
Responsible for sales and marketing activities for Geared Motors (GM) in Ankara region
Build strategic alliances with OEMs, System Integrators, End Users, EPCs
Develop technical solutions and prepare quotations for customer inquiries
Coordinate commercial, logistics, legal and other relevant teams during quotation preparation and contract negotiation
Follow up internal processes from order to dispatch by coordinating related teams
Manage and improve partners in the region
Perform market analysis in region, follow market trends and supply feedback to product management
Promote product highlights in line with the global product strategy
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies in region to increase sales volume
Present portfolio in exhibitions and summits, perform seminars to market professionals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing
Experience in partner management
Very good knowledge in geared motors, gear boxes and power transmission
Experience on drive applications and power transmission in industries like Cement, Mining, Iron&Steel, Intralogistics, Automotive, Oil&Gas, Power Generation, Water, Marine, Pulp&Paper or similar.
Excellent command of English.
Analytical thinking, decision making, change orientation and good communication skills
Ability to drive and travel intensively around the region.
