Responsibilities
Create briefings for the development of online and offline campaigns.
Develop creative guidelines for copy and artwork production.
Produce communication materials for brand events and tournaments.
Manage the production of brands' Go-to-Market (GTM) plans.
Manage social media channels.
Update website content, including key visuals (KVs), copy, and products for each campaign.
Prepare alignment briefings for audiovisual projects.
Develop scripts and storytelling for videos.
Oversee recordings of audiovisual materials.
Monitor post-production and final video editing.
Maintain daily communication with agencies, proofreaders, translators and other service providers.
Align requests with internal departments such as Educational Services, Editorial, Commercial, Market Intelligence, Events, and Procurement.
Request and track service contracts, entering data into the system.
Organize proposals and required documents in advance for contracting and payments.
Send contracts for legal approval.
Open requests for quotes for items and services.
Record entries in the cash flow system.
Control the submission of invoices related to the brands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; postgraduate degree is a plus.
Intermediate English with good reading and writing comprehension; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Previous experience in Marketing, preferably within the education sector or with learning systems, is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, team spirit, proactivity, and creativity.
Ability to write high-quality content, understand processes, think scalably, and make data-driven decisions.
