Responsibilities
Plan, develop and oversee the execution of the company's event projects;
Define and monitor activations as well as event communication strategies;
Coordinate the creation of presentations and communication materials for external events;
Provide support to participants and requesting departments throughout the lifecycle of external events;
Interface with vendors and sponsors to collect and share relevant information;
Lead brainstorming sessions and presentations with internal stakeholders;
Act as the focal point for managing vendors and service providers for external events, in partnership with the department assistant;
Prepare post-event reports based on data analysis and participation metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields;
Based in São Paulo/SP, with availability to travel;
Previous experience planning and executing external events;
Experience with organization and project management tools will be considered a plus;
Experience with large-scale events;
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Events and/or Branding;
Knowledge of Project Management will be considered a plus.
